Recent research from MIT’s Project NANDA, titled "The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025," reveals a sobering statistic: 95% of enterprise AI initiatives fail to deliver sustained business value.
The critical question is: Why does this happen?
These failures almost never come down to technology alone. In most cases, the real problems are structural, organizational, and architectural. The systems may work, but the way they’re designed, deployed, and owned doesn’t.
